Thank you so much for supporting MWR Collections—I truly appreciate every single order. Each item in our shop is made just for you through our print-on-demand process, which means your purchase is created with care specifically after your order is placed.

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
Because every item is custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. We appreciate your understanding as this allows us to continue creating unique, made-to-order pieces just for you.

Refund Policy
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds at this time.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to love what you receive. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product due to an error on our end, we will happily make it right by sending a replacement at no additional cost to you.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

Order Review Responsibility
Before placing your order, we kindly ask that you carefully review all details, including your shipping address, selected items, sizes, colors, and quantities. Because all products are made to order, we are unable to make changes once your order has been submitted.
